TERMS OR SERVICE
Custom & Personalized Orders
All items sold by Illest Parties are made to order and personalized.
Because custom products are created specifically for you:
• All sales are final.
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges once design work or production begins.
• Approved designs will be produced exactly as approved.
Order Placement & Payment
Full payment is required before any design work or production starts.
• Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
Design Proofs & Approval
A watermarked proof will be provided for review.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully before approving.
• Once a design is approved, no changes can be made.
• Illest Parties is not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including (but not limited to) spelling, grammar, colors, or dates.
Turnaround Time
• Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days after payment and design approval.
• Rush service may be available for an additional fee (based on availability).
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
• Turnaround time does not include shipping time.
Shipping & Delivery
• Illest Parties is not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect/incomplete addresses.
• Once your order ships, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
• No refunds will be issued for packages that are delayed, lost, or marked delivered by the carrier.
• We strongly recommend ordering early to avoid last-minute delivery issues.
Colors & Materials
• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, printer calibration, and materials used.
• Minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.
• Packaging sizes/materials may vary slightly due to supplier availability.
Food & Beverage Disclaimer
• Illest Parties does not manufacture food or beverages.
• We are not responsible for expiration dates, allergens, or dietary restrictions.
Cancellations
• Orders may only be canceled before design work begins.
• Once design work or production has started, cancellations are not permitted.
• No refunds will be issued for late cancellations.
Intellectual Property
• All designs created by Illest Parties remain our intellectual property.
• Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
• Character-themed items are inspired designs and are not officially licensed unless explicitly stated.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, submitting payment, or approving a design proof, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
