TERMS OF SERVICE
Balloon Decor, Setups & Rentals
By booking services with Illest Parties, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review carefully before placing your order.

1. Booking & Payment
• A non-refundable deposit of 45% is required to secure your event date
• The remaining balance is due within 48hrs before the event date
• No setup or delivery will occur until payment is paid in full.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Deposits are non-refundable as balloons have been purchased
• Events canceled 24hrs prior to the event will be charged 100% of the total
• Rescheduling is allowed but subject to availability
• Rescheduled events must occur within 4 months of the original date

3. Balloon Decor & Installations
• Balloon decor is temporary and affected by environmental conditions such as heat, cold, wind, rain, humidity, and sunlight
• Illest Parties does not guarantee balloon longevity after installation
• Outdoor installations are done at the client’s risk
• Once balloons are installed and the team leaves the event site, no refunds or adjustments will be provided

4. Setup Requirements
Client agrees to provide:
• Clear access to the setup area at the scheduled time
• Adequate space for installation
• Permission from the venue for balloon decor and installations
• Access to power outlets if required
Delays caused by lack of access, venue restrictions, or client unpreparedness may result in reduced setup time without refund.

5. Changes to Design
• Design changes must be requested no later than 4 days before the event
• Changes requested after booking may incur additional fees or be denied
• Slight variations in color and balloon brands may occur and are not considered defects

6. Rentals (Backdrops, Stands, Arches, Props, etc.)
• All rental items remain the property of Illest Parties
• Rental items must be available for pickup at the agreed-upon time
• Lost, stolen, or damaged items will be charged at full replacement cost
• Client is responsible for rental items from the time of delivery until pickup

7. Damage & Liability
• Client is responsible for any damage caused by guests, venue staff, children, pets, or weather
• Illest Parties is not liable for injuries, damages, or accidents related to balloon decor or rental items once installed

8. Weather Policy (Outdoor Events)
• Outdoor events proceed at the client’s discretion
• No refunds for weather-related issues once setup has begun
• Severe weather may result in cancellation or modification for safety reasons

9. Photography & Marketing
• Illest Parties reserves the right to photograph and use images/videos of completed work for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes
• Client waives any rights to compensation for such use

10. Force Majeure
Illest Parties is not responsible for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, accidents, or government restrictions. In such cases, rescheduling will be offered when possible.

11. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment, signing an agreement, or allowing services to proceed, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

Custom & Personalized Orders
All items sold by Illest Parties are made to order and personalized.
Because custom products are created specifically for you:
• All sales are final.
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges once design work or production begins.
• Approved designs will be produced exactly as approved.
Order Placement & Payment
Full payment is required before any design work or production starts.
• Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
Design Proofs & Approval
A watermarked proof will be provided for review.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully before approving.
• Once a design is approved, no changes can be made.
• Illest Parties is not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including (but not limited to) spelling, grammar, colors, or dates.
Turnaround Time
• Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days after payment and design approval.
• Rush service may be available for an additional fee (based on availability).
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
• Turnaround time does not include shipping time.
Shipping & Delivery
• Illest Parties is not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect/incomplete addresses.
• Once your order ships, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
• No refunds will be issued for packages that are delayed, lost, or marked delivered by the carrier.
• We strongly recommend ordering early to avoid last-minute delivery issues.
Colors & Materials
• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, printer calibration, and materials used.
• Minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.
• Packaging sizes/materials may vary slightly due to supplier availability.
Food & Beverage Disclaimer
• Illest Parties does not manufacture food or beverages.
• We are not responsible for expiration dates, allergens, or dietary restrictions.
Cancellations
• Orders may only be canceled before design work begins.
• Once design work or production has started, cancellations are not permitted.
• No refunds will be issued for late cancellations.
Intellectual Property
• All designs created by Illest Parties remain our intellectual property.
• Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
• Character-themed items are inspired designs and are not officially licensed unless explicitly stated.

By placing an order, submitting payment, or approving a design proof, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
