There are so many brands of balloons and only few that’s preferred. We understand some brands are more cost effective but quality isn’t as achievable as the preferred brands. We also have special pricing for balloons so it is cheaper for us to buy them essentially.
Custom installations take 2–4 hours depending on complexity. We always arrive before guests so everything is perfect when doors open.
Yes — full setup and takedown is included in every installation and backdrop booking.
Our installments last longer than a week and up to months indoors. If the balloons are outdoors, they will last the whole day to a few days.

Yes! A retainer is required to reserve your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. This is also non refundable due to you balloons being purchased shortly after.
Unfortunately, no. Arizona's extreme heat causes balloons to expand, fade, and pop much more quickly. We recommend placing all balloon installations in a shaded area whenever possible.
If you need to postpone your event, your deposit may be transferred to a new date within 3 months of the original event date, subject to availability. Requests to reschedule must be made as soon as possible. Deposits cannot be transferred beyond the 3-month period or applied to canceled events.
Outdoor setups are always weather-dependent. High winds, rain, or extreme heat may require modifications, relocation, or rescheduling when possible. And we are happy to adjust!

We recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks in advance. Larger or more detailed orders may require additional time. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, depending on availability.
We pride ourselves in communication. A digital proof will be sent for approval before production begins. Production starts only after the design has been approved and paid for.
Yes! We provide the party favor items and customize them for you. You don't have to purchase the products separately.
Once a proof has been approved, additional changes may not be approved if printing has begun. Changes may also result in extra design fees and could delay your order.

No problem! We'll help create a custom design based on your event, favorite colors, or inspiration. Everything is fully customizable.
Because all items are custom-made, deposits are non-refundable. Orders that have already entered production cannot be canceled or refunded.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it so we can make it right.
Yes! We ship throughout the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
